About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Technology Help Desk Professional, providing technical assistance to clients. You will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and evaluating technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technological issues and solve problems quickly.
  • Install new technology, including computer operating systems, software programs, and applications.
  • Perform regular maintenance on phone systems, computer systems, printers, network systems, and other technical equipment.
  • Administer new user accounts, work email addresses, and access levels to new employees.
  • Ensure data backup and security checks on all systems.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT.
