At Adlooper, we are seeking a talented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us unlock new business opportunities.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners to expand the company's business reach.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market intelligence.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Create and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and proposals.
- Comfortably negotiating terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, CS/IT or any related field.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in business development, with expertise in LinkedIn and social media outreach.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, other CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with email marketing and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
