This role demands a hustler mentality—someone who excels at lead generation, deal closure, and executing initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, pursue, and close high-value partnerships with key stakeholders in the industry
  2. Generate leads, build relationships, and negotiate partnership deals that align with company goals
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, operations, marketplace) to execute and track partnership initiatives
  4. Analyze partnership performance and provide insights to optimize and scale efforts
  5. Maintain strong partner relationships to ensure long-term success and value creation
  6. Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies
About the Role

This mid-senior level position is full-time and requires a strong background in business development or partnerships, preferably in the ride-hailing or tech industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships
  • Proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and partnership management
  • Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building skills and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach
  • Diversity across various industries preferred
  • Strong command of Google Suite & Microsoft Office
