Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and identifying top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
