We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Franchise Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with existing growth-minded franchisees and qualified franchise candidates to sell new Franchise Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Meet with existing growth-minded franchisees and qualified franchise candidates to sell new Franchise Agreements
  • Strategy Execution: Execute a multi-year growth strategy for the territory, including marketing opportunities, maintaining broker and developer relationships, and creating lead generation strategies
  • Lead Generation: Create and implement strategies for generating new franchisee leads
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Director of Franchise Development and Sales Associates to conduct in-market meetings with new franchisee prospects
  • Brand Advocacy: Speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand and business
  • Sales Process: Follow the sales process with prospective franchisees
  • Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on quarterly sales objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Franchise Sales with a proven ability to produce results
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to seek win/win solutions, demonstrate tenacity, and remain motivated
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with advanced organizational and time management skills
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to review and understand financial statements and other legal documents
  • Travel Requirements: Travel extensively to conduct market visits and prospective franchisee meetings (75% of time)
