
Administrative HR Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function, providing strategic guidance and support to management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in employee relations, organizational planning, recruitment, career development, training, compensation, and benefits. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, coordinate, and implement strategies, objectives, policies, and programs encompassing all aspects of Human Resources to support business objectives.
- Advise management on sound practices in areas of employee relations, organizational planning, recruitment, career development, training, compensation, and benefits.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and programs especially as it relates to headquarters office.
- Language proficiency: able to write and speak in English, Urdu, etc.
- Interpersonal skills: able to communicate well with people, presentable, etc.
- Computer literacy: ability to use computers (specify type of software, eg. MSWord, Excel, etc.).
- Supervisory experience: previously supervised 2-5 employees in a department.
