
HR and Administrative Services Professional

Administrative excellence is the backbone of any successful organization. As such, we are seeking a skilled HR and Administration Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations.
This role requires someone with exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless administrative procedures, managing employee records, and overseeing the overall administration of our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Analysing attendance records, preparing monthly reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies
- Implementing and maintaining code of conduct, issuing warnings, and monitoring performance
- Developing and implementing efficient administrative systems, including hygiene and safety protocols
- Coordinating gate security, attendance, and inventory management
- Supervising legal compliance, asset allocation, and maintenance
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to supervise and facilitate proceedings related to social security, tax compliance, and other regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess an MBA (HRM) degree with at least 3-7 years of experience in a similar role. Having LLB as an additional degree will be highly beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with proficiency in computer applications, will be essential.
