Job Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system or database.
  • Coordination: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Feedback Management: Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company positively in all candidate interactions, promoting our employer brand and values.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities are required.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously is crucial.
