Administrative Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an exceptional administrative assistant to provide executive-level support to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore District.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance, managing the CEO's schedule, handling various tasks, and offering personal support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the CEO, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely arrival at events.
  • Handling correspondence, responding to emails, and making phone calls as needed.
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in executive administrative assistance and administrative support.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
