About the Role

In this challenging role as a Reseller Business Manager, you will play a critical part in driving our business forward by building strong relationships with resellers and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop business partnerships with resellers in the north of Pakistan market.

• Negotiate and agree on product referencing, stock-in, and other commercial terms.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.

• Conduct regular visits to offline stores to assess product visibility and sales performance.

• Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, customer preferences, and emerging trends.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales channel development or related fields.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
