Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build relationships quickly.

  • Outbound Communication: Conduct outbound calls to agents, landlords, and property owners to introduce our services and establish rapport.
  • Needs Assessment: Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and challenges.
  • Pitching Benefits: Present the advantages of our let agreements and explain how they address the needs of landlords and property owners.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents, landlords, and property owners to turn initial cold calls into long-term collaborations.
  • Arranging Viewings: Schedule and coordinate property viewings with agents, landlords, or owners.
  • Agreement Drafting: Assist in preparing and reviewing tenancy agreements and other related documentation.
  • Follow-up & CRM Management: Follow up on leads and maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Problem Solving: Handle objections and rejections professionally, maintaining a positive attitude to foster trust and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in cold calling, telemarketing, or property acquisition roles.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and agreements related to property leasing is an advantage.
