  5. Reporting and Updates: Prepare and share regular reports with management and head office, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with key suppliers, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
