As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in powering the growth of our core businesses while working alongside an ambitious and mission-driven group of people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle hiring across UAE and Pakistan markets, spanning commercial and operational roles.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, offering data-driven hiring insights and tailored sourcing strategies.
  • Champion a seamless and positive candidate experience, setting clear expectations and maintaining timely communication throughout the hiring journey.
  • Guide and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices, driving compliance and efficiency across all hiring processes.
  • Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of high-caliber talent.
  • Develop and drive the tech recruiting strategy for the region.
  • Partner with the business throughout the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to ensuring established processes are followed.
  • Headhunt, screen, and shortlist top talent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment within the UAE and/or Pakistan markets.
  • Deep expertise in stakeholder management, proactive sourcing, and candidate assessment and management.
  • Prior experience in high-growth environments, startups, or technology-driven companies is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and recruitment data analytics.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated skills in pipeline management and reporting are an asset.
