The Role of an Onboarding Specialist

Deliver impactful training content to our employees, empowering them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and implement onboarding initiatives that drive growth and success.

This position is a lead role on the onboarding facilitation team, responsible for delivering informative training sessions and contributing to the evolution of our onboarding program.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training programs for entry to mid-level sales staff, focusing on sales strategy and process adherence.
  • Schedule and conduct training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery and effective learning outcomes.
  • Analyze training effectiveness and implement improvements to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to source and create enablement content, including structured slide decks, videos, eLearning experiences, and more.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the learning process, incorporating exercises and activities that promote engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, or a related field.
  • Proven facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering training content for sales teams.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Possession of a passion for sales, enablement, and developing top-performing teams.
