Key Engineering Position:

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to fill a crucial role in our team.

This position involves developing innovative solutions and working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or electronics engineering, as well as experience in proposal development and industrial automation.

Key responsibilities include creating technically compliant proposals, leveraging automation expertise, and working effectively with international teams.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for improving sales team effectiveness, adding value by supporting technical teams, and developing integrated systems and tools.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing cost-effective and technically compliant proposals for the Middle East region
  • Leveraging automation and SCADA systems expertise to drive customer-centric solutions
  • Exhibiting strong commercial presence to influence key stakeholders and manage day-to-day departmental matters
  • Focusing on improving sales team effectiveness and adding value to international technical teams
  • Collaborating with global OEMs to track Capex programs and guarantee user specifications
  • Leading effort for detailed Capex/Sales plans related to automation solutions and services
  • Analyzing key accounts, developing penetration strategies, and executing tactics to increase market share
  • Diagnosing, documenting, and solving customer problems with seamless solutions

Your Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
  • 4-6 years of Proposal Development Experience in Industrial Automation, power control, or related industry experience
  • Estimation background in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process Control entity
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English
  • Proven experience in customer interaction
  • Strong business writing and communications skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to analyze data to inform decisions
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships tactfully and efficiently
