Job Description

SiliconFort LLC. is seeking an experienced Business Development Expert to join our team, focusing on identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market knowledge.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, establishing trust and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress and reporting on sales performance to inform business decisions.
  • Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay adaptable and responsive.
  • Drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making, analyzing sales metrics and customer feedback to optimize sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives, ensuring cohesive execution and maximizing impact.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and management, to share sales insights and progress.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge, participating in training and development programs to enhance performance and stay current with industry developments.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales or customer service experience, demonstrating a strong sales track record and ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development plans, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, leveraging its capabilities to optimize sales pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, addressing complex customer needs and concerns while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Self-motivated and result-driven, with a passion for sales and a commitment to excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business principles and practices.
