
Territory Business Development Manager

Overview
The ideal candidate will lead the distributor/organization team in deploying company strategies to address local business needs. They will train and motivate the team to achieve short-term company objectives and long-term organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Territory Management: Develop and implement a permanent journey plan to ensure effective territory coverage.
- Team Screening and Hiring: Identify, screen, and hire qualified Order Bookers/DSRs to support sales growth.
- Annual Operating Plan: Ensure the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan, which includes achieving monthly volume targets, maintaining product availability, and ensuring range availability.
- Stock Management: Identify stock requirements at the warehouse and maintain FIFO to prevent stale inventory.
- Sales Performance: Deliver volume and revenue targets for the territory.
- Capability Development: Develop the capabilities of distributors and their workforce to improve sales performance.
- Sales Tools and Software: Roll out Sales OOR modules across the distributor workforce and ensure effective utilization of promotional budgets.
- New Account Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
