About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their skills and expertise in a dynamic environment. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with High Street distributors to ensure market insights and target splits are aligned with company objectives.
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of promotional activities across assigned territories.
  • Monitor daily routine matters, including secondary sales, market coverage, and productivity, to ensure achievement of secondary sales targets.
  • Regularly visit High Street markets to ensure adequate coverage and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and divide sales schemes in line with given plans, ensuring their effective execution.
  • Ensure timely availability of all product SKUs at sub-distributors' warehouses and facilitate smooth secondary supplies.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and mechanics to maintain brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Undertake other tasks or functions as may be desired by management.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Masters degree from a reputable university or equivalent foreign degree holder institution.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization.
