- As a Corporate Sales Manager/Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential corporate clients and key personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings with clients to understand their risk-mitigation needs.
- Offer suitable Takaful products to clients based on their requirements.
- Resolve client concerns and escalate areas as necessary.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Provide professional-level customer service to clients across all touchpoints.
