Horyzon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  2. Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Prepare comprehensive reports on customer interactions and feedback.
  5. Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective customer retention strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Strong command of English language.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology systems.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
