Horyzon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolves customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective customer retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong command of English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technology systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
