About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets. You will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of our customer service representatives
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and productivity
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role
  • Proven track record of managing teams and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
