Experienced Call Center Manager Required

Job Description:
This is a senior-level position that requires an experienced call center manager to lead our operations team. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the call center, including supervision of team leaders and TSRs
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
- Coordinate with client to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Set targets and drive results-oriented team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a call center manager
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Good command of English language
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
