Sales Channel Insights Manager

The Telecom Channel Performance Specialist will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the Stream Head to deliver high-quality and accurate sales channel performance reports, including those for C&IB.
- Deep diving into data, preparing various performance and KPI analysis, and presenting actionable insights.
Provide proactive support to sales channels, fostering collaboration and addressing challenges hindering optimal performance measurement.
- Tailor support mechanisms to meet the unique needs of Carrier and International Business channels.
Work closely with the channel planning & management team to understand current commission policies and models.
- Support in accurate and timely calculation of various sales team incentives and commissions to meet the unique needs of Carrier and International Business channels.
- Develop and maintain a transparent and streamlined process for incentive calculations.
Oversee critical automation projects, including but not limited to Commission Management system in Oracle.
- Enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and ensure seamless integration of automated systems within the channel reporting and payout framework.
