EdTech Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated EdTech Partnership Manager to join our team and drive business development efforts in the education sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of the education sector, close high-value deals, and lay the foundation for long-term partnerships that will support our growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Institutional Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships with colleges and universities in the USA and Canada, developing tailored strategies for engagement and ensuring alignment with their academic and administrative needs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the specific challenges and needs of the education sector, providing valuable insights to inform business strategies.
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals and present our value proposition to academic decision-makers, showcasing how our platform enhances student engagement and academic performance.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring successful implementation of our platform within partnered institutions.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms, finalize contracts, and ensure a smooth handoff to the partnerships team for onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation skills, analytical skills, ability to think strategically about growth opportunities, and outstanding relationship-building skills.
