Senior Complaint Resolution Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in complaint management and resolution. As a Senior Complaint Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and effective resolution of consumer complaints.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and regulatory affairs. Your primary responsibility will be to review responses to consumer complaints and ensure they comply with standard rules and regulations.

  • You will evaluate unregistered gas (PUG) complaints and take necessary actions as per the standard rules and regulations.
  • Review gas theft claims, obtain relevant documents, and ensure compliance with OGRA-approved procedures.
  • Oversee evidence required to justify billings and prepare responses for OGRA.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • CA/ACMA or ACCA/MBA with 4+ years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Rules & Regulations of Regulatory Framework.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support in documenting responses to OGRA-related queries and complaints under complaint resolution regulations procedures.
  • Ensuring departments provide relevant feedback and case files are stored for future references.
  • Implementing measures to improve the structure for complaints resolution and complaint management.
  • Assessing regulatory and statutory obligations, including accurate and timely processing within the framework of the regulations for review by senior management.
