Business Analysis Manager

Delivering high-quality software to customers through impactful platform-wide initiatives is our primary goal.

We seek a seasoned Business Analysis Manager with project management and business analysis experience to join our Agile Scrum team.

This role involves working with state-of-the-art technology, promoting a team culture and environment, and delivering critical business priorities and projects across teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget using the APM approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams in project delivery and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Clear blockers and assist teams in delivering enhancements.
  • Work with leadership on agile team mapping to deliver business results.
  • Escalate blockers and assist in resolution with leadership through SOS and MSOS.
  • Develop leadership skills and perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
  • Three years of responsible leadership experience with a sizable team.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or Scrummaster certification is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
