Job Description:

The Director’s Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This position involves managing multiple projects, coordinating calendar and travel arrangements, and maintaining personal and business files.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage diverse projects related to various lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
  • Coordinate schedule arrangements for senior executives and business partners.
  • Work closely with other team members to assure preparation for meetings, presentations, or other engagements.
  • Perform administrative activities, including:
    • Taking phone calls
    • Maintaining personal and business files
    • Corporate record keeping
    • Note taking & creating documentation
    • Filing, storage & retrieval of business activities
  • Handle financial and accounting matters with confidentiality.
  • Prepare and send correspondence.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Specification:
  • Must have previous experience working with senior executives.
  • Computer literacy is required.
