Job Summary:

Cyber System seeks experienced professionals to fill the role of Customer Support Executives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a background in Medical Front Desk (Inbound) experience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Patient Calling experience essential
  • Fluent English (Oral and Verbal)
  • Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Word & Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the field a plus
