Job Title: Key Account Sales Professional

About the Role:
A Sales Staff member will be the face of the organization, responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their property needs, and guiding them through the buying or renting process. Strong communication skills and customer service are essential for building lasting relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property viewings and explain features and benefits
  • Negotiate sales and rental terms within company guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and listings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and confident speaking skills to engage clients effectively.
  • Active Listening: Understand client needs and respond appropriately.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to influence clients and close deals successfully.
  • Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and professional attitude towards clients.
  • Sales Motivation: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate well with colleagues and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage appointments, follow-ups, and client data efficiently.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of real estate terms and local property market is a plus.
  • Adaptability: Able to adjust to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Urdu is important; knowledge of other local languages is a bonus.
