As a Commercial Experience Executive, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience by providing exceptional services at our experience center.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and manage walk-in customers from the floor greeting
- Develop a basic understanding of CRM systems and linked portals
- Handle customer queries and improve experience through exceptional service
- Maintain high-quality standards for customer facilitation
- Upsell products from the experience center
- Initiate improvements to enhance customer experience and minimize wait/service time
- Develop self-assurance to serve valued customers
- Take ownership and resolve customer complaints timely
- Manage customer retention and churn
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders for issue resolution
- Meet assigned monthly KPIs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Effective stakeholder management and communication
- Sales and services expertise
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and email communication
- Telecom product knowledge and customer management system expertise
- Stakeholder management for closure of action plans with standardization
