Job Summary:

  • This role is responsible for assisting in Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities, including preparing and maintaining vendor records, managing the procurement process, and ensuring transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enlist new suppliers in Oracle-ERP for tendering processes after verifying active taxpayer status from relevant portals.
  • Create accounts in Oracle-ERP and categorize them into different sites for financial purposes.
  • Add new supplier sites to existing vendor accounts in Oracle-ERP and update vendor information accordingly.
  • Update records in existing vendor accounts within Oracle-ERP upon request from suppliers and contractors.
  • Support deactivating vendor accounts in Oracle-ERP that have been debarred or blacklisted.
  • Restore vendor accounts after the barred period and inform relevant departments.
  • Provide support in communication with vendors, contractors, and end-user departments to resolve vendor record queries.
  • Assist in preparing and providing status reports on Approved Capital Budget items and Service Contracts.
  • Create new item codes within the Item Master Oracle Database and define relevant information.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions based on procurement needs and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and comply with risk management frameworks.
