Bidding Specialist Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Upwork Bidding Specialist to join our team at ExertLogics. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Upwork bids, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective bidding strategies.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute effective Upwork bidding strategies.
- Create customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular reports on performance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
- Proven track record of securing projects and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong understanding of Upwork's platform and bidding processes.
- Analytical mindset focused on client needs and market trends.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
