Job Overview:

Assistant Manager HR

Our organization is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources, including payroll management, benefits administration, and employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payscale Management: Ensure accurate processing of payroll, including employee benefits, deductions, and entitlements.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate benefits induction, including mobile, fuel, OPD & IPD administration.
  • HRMS Management: Maintain and update HR management systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Final Settlements: Oversee the process of final settlements for employees.
  • Training Need Analysis (TNA): Identify and address training needs to enhance employee performance.
  • Performance Appraisals: Conduct regular performance appraisals to evaluate employee progress.
  • Organizational Development (OD): Foster a positive work environment through OD initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities to boost morale.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management: Supervise fleet maintenance and operation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and ordering processes.
  • Housekeeping Management: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships for administrative services.
  • Protocol Management: Coordinate official events and meetings.
  • Transfer and Relocation Management: Assist with employee transfers and relocations.
