We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Relations Manager to join our team.
- About the Role:
- Ambitious IR professional with extensive knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices is required to manage industrial relations effectively.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to negotiate with labor unions, employees, and management.
- This position involves developing and implementing strategies to maintain positive employee relationships, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and advising on labor laws and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in IR or a related field.
- Specialization in HR is preferred.
- Proven track record of successful IR activities, labor negotiations, and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Maintain industrial peace throughout the organization by managing IR activities effectively.
- Plan and implement employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations activities.
- Ensure legal compliance with statutory requirements under Industrial Relations Ordinance, Factory Act, and various Labor Laws.
- Assist in charter agreements/activities/processes.
- Advise management and CBA on development, application, and interpretation of various labor laws, policies, and practices.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and labor unions.
- Conduct investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policies.
- Provide counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures.
