- Investigate new complaints thoroughly, gathering all necessary information and documenting it accurately.
- Liaise with internal staff, customers, and freelance interpreters to resolve issues efficiently.
- Communicate outcomes to customers, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Evaluate customer feedback and implement changes to improve services.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in customer service or quality/complaints functions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and effective prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team and promote collaborative working.
This role is based in an office environment, working from 10am-7pm in DHA Sector F Rwp.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is market competitive.
