To succeed in this position, individuals must be able to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, accurately documenting essential information.
  • Address customer queries and follow up by coordinating with relevant departments or field units as needed.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone console system efficiently.
  • Provide assistance on product-related inquiries and deliveries.
  • Direct crews and other field units to appropriate locations using phone or computer.
  • Prioritize and organize calls based on urgency.
  • Monitor the route and status of field units to optimize their daily schedules.
  • Maintain and update call logs, records, and other critical documentation.
  • Manage the dispatch of items to warehouses or different cities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and protocols is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in data entry, is expected.
  • The ability to work well under pressure is crucial.
