We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth and expansion through targeted outreach and strategic partnership development.

Key responsibilities will include qualifying leads from marketing campaigns, building long-term relationships with prospects, and delivering engaging presentations to showcase our company's value proposition.

  1. A minimum of 4+ years of experience in sales development or similar roles is required
  2. Hands-on expertise in multiple sales prospecting techniques including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach
  3. A proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  4. Experience working with CRM software and delivering business insights
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Main Responsibilities
  1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities
  2. Contact potential prospects through targeted outreach efforts and foster long-term trusting relationships
  3. Presentation of our company's value proposition to potential prospects and identification of prospect needs
  4. Scheduling meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Executives and reporting sales results to the Sales Manager
  5. Proactive pursuit of new business opportunities within the market and driving revenue growth
