Technical Support Representative

We are a business consulting firm providing services to industry-leading clientele across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

Our multidisciplinary service portfolio caters to clients in various industries including Telecom, Healthcare, Insurance, Energy, Food, and Real Estate.

Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone in a professional manner, providing prompt assistance and solutions to their concerns.
  • Assist customers with ATM-related concerns including technical issues, transaction discrepancies, card-related problems, and general inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to ATMs using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge. If necessary, escalate issues and dispatch technicians to address hardware or software malfunctions.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as technical support, operations, and management to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and call logs documenting all interactions and resolutions for future reference and analysis.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments in ATM processing to provide informed assistance to customers and enhance service quality.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures including privacy and security guidelines to safeguard customer information and maintain compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to ATMs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings weekends or holidays based on business needs.
