Job Responsibilities
  • Measure and analyze customer feedback and complaints from various channels, including our website, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and present findings to relevant departments and management on a regular basis.
  • Influence department heads and managers to prioritize customer experience initiatives.
  • Lead the CX team in providing excellent customer service via calls and emails.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in customer experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role (call center experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand numbers and trends.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • A results-driven individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
