Job Title: Customer Support Team Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at Jagah Online. As a key member of our customer support department, you will be responsible for leading a team of call centre executives and ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with customers.
  • Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
