Director of Strategic Growth Initiatives

As a key member of the People Perfect Advisory team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, with expertise in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth.
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager Sales who can lead our sales efforts in the North Region, utilizing their industry knowledge and network to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Your primary focus will be on executing sales strategies to achieve assigned targets, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform your approach, and providing regular updates and insights to senior leadership.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive business growth

We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

We require a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, and at least 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the HR, Banking, or Software industries.
