Job Responsibilities

  • Develop daily targets for team members and ensure they are aware of their objectives.
  • Maintain high team morale through motivation and empowerment.
  • Monitor and update Shop Attendance Forms (SAFs) to ensure accurate tracking.
  • Analyze sales representatives' productivity and provide feedback.
  • Regularly follow up with team members on their daily activities.
  • Verify that all order cancellations are properly justified.
  • Address client complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Conduct market visits, focusing on 'A' category shops, and accompany team members on these visits.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably as a team leader or sales supervisor in consumer products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills.
