Senior Service Account Manager Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer interface with respect to Service Delivery and Service Sales. This includes ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual commitments, and providing feedback on delivery performance back into the organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Warranty and Service Contracts
- Monitor service delivery against contractual commitments
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with customers
- Escalate issues in emergencies or other urgent situations
Requirements
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience from Customer Services/Service Sales within the Telecom or similar industry. Excellent customer relation management skills, contract management skills, and good communication and people management skills are essential. A strong commercial orientation and entrepreneurial skills are also required.
