About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a Spanish-speaking professional, you will have the opportunity to work with our largest line of revenue - SMB customers.

This role requires a strong track record of success, international exposure to US customers and culture, and a consistent ability to refine your skillset. You should be coachable, receptive to feedback, and willing to learn and adapt to new situations.

A successful Account Manager in this role is expected to have strong interpersonal skills, a strong technical aptitude, a high attention to detail, and the ability to convey and relate ideas to others effectively.

You will be responsible for developing strong executive relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within your customer base, and surveying prospects to understand their pain points. You will also need to collaborate with your account team to support and grow your customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong executive relationships and a deep understanding of each client's business
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within your customer base
  • Survey prospects to understand their pain points
  • Demo software and solutions to fleet managers or larger, more strategic customers
  • Collaborate with your account team to support and grow your customers
  • Support contract renewals by proactively engaging clients on upcoming renewals
  • Resolve problems and implement best available solutions
  • Effectively plan to meet and exceed ongoing business goals and revenue quotas

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for professionals who possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English & Spanish languages (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years of relevant or transferable work experience
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from identifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Leadership and/or management experience with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and key decision-makers externally
  • Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers and influence outcomes through an understanding of the customer's business and Motive's unique solutions
