About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious HR graduate to join our team as a HR Trainee.

The selected individual shall contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture, promoting excellence, integrity and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Service Line Managers & HRBPs to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria based on the job requisitions received.
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open Positions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
Requirements:
  • BBA/BS (HR)
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Stress & Time Management Skills.
  • Confidence and influencing ability, including the ability to address groups of people.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of data.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
  • MS-Office: Especially strong spreadsheet skills, for ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Work Arrangement:

Monday to Friday - 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
