Responsibilities and RequirementsIn this role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance with payment processing needs, including onboarding, reconciliation, risk management, terminal ordering, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for mastering various support processes and platforms, effectively managing multiple customer inquiries at once, and accurately documenting all customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
