Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi for a Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to meet company objectives. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, preparing business proposals, and contributing to the growth and expansion of Poulta, Inc.'s operations and influence in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development and client relationship management
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on market research and trend analysis
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of the agriculture or poultry industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools
