Business Development Manager – Music Industry

Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Mobitising is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth for MobiTising's services such as YouTube management, Content registration and Digital Distribution, RBT, IVR and our subscription-based music platform , partnered with Telenor, Zong, and Ufone. If you are a connector, dealmaker, and influencer magnet, this is your chance to build strong industry relationships and take our business to the next level.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the music and digital entertainment space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and celebrities.
  • Pitch, propose, and close deals that drive revenue through subscription models.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Track business performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain onboarding records, prepare reports, and share campaign insights.
  • Resolve client issues professionally and maintain long-term loyalty.
  • Provide market insights and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in business development, sales, or client management in the media, music, or digital entertainment sector.
  • Well-connected with strong PR and relationships with influencers and celebrities.
  • A persuasive communicator and negotiator with results-driven mindset.
  • Analytical and strategic, able to identify growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve targets.
