Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Business Development Manager to help launch and grow our new intercity delivery service. In line with our company's values of "go tech" and "grow together," you will play a key role in developing both sides of our marketplace - drivers and clients - to ensure the service's success.
Responsibilities:
Drive growth by acquiring and engaging both drivers and clients for our intercity delivery service.
Manage the end-to-end customer journey, from initial contact and development to onboarding and support.
Develop and strengthen our driver partner network through active recruitment and relationship management.
Test and optimize various acquisition channels to attract new business clients.
Monitor service quality and manage operational processes for key city routes.
Oversee project tasks related to the launch and scaling of this new business line.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach to business development and problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with data and using it to guide decisions.
