Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across finance and operations.
  • Develop and maintain interactive 
    Power BI dashboards and reports
     to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data used for reporting and financial analysis.
  • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and financial performance.
  • Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and insights for strategic planning.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in 
    Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
    .
  • Proven experience as a 
    Business Analyst
    , Financial Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    Power BI (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, Visualization)
    .
  • Solid understanding of 
    financial principles
    , including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and cost analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros preferred)
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience in process automation and financial systems reporting.
